Privacy Policy

Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us. If you use the new client inquiry form, that means your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. If you join the email list, that means your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Please do not include detailed medical or diagnostic information in a web form. We will arrange a private conversation for anything sensitive.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether the practice is a good fit.
- To send occasional updates about workshops, resources, and practice news, if you asked for them.
- To keep basic records of correspondence related to the practice.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
Form submissions on this site are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems and is subject to their privacy practices.
Mailchimp (for email list management) and Google Analytics (for basic, aggregated website traffic statistics) are planned but not yet in use. This policy will be updated before either service is added.
Keeping your information secure
Messages are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a password-protected email account. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we treat everything you share as confidential and limit access to it.
Children's information
This website is intended for parents, caregivers, and professionals — not for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information a parent or caregiver shares about a child is treated as confidential.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have sent, or to remove you from the email list. Email list messages also include an unsubscribe option.
